1. What types of clothing do you offer?
We supply a wide range of workwear and casual clothing including t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, jackets, hi-vis items, hats, safety helmets, and more. We also offer great value bundle deals and can set up custom shops for your team or organisation.

2. Can I add my own logo or design?
Yes! You can upload your logo or artwork when placing your order. (Email us your design) We offer both embroidery and print options depending on the item.

3. Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order. You're welcome to order just one item if needed.

4. Do I get to see a proof of my logo before production?
Yes, we’ll send you a digital proof of your logo for approval before starting any work.

5. How long will my order take?
Orders usually take 14–21 working days from the time your logo has been approved.

6. Do you charge a logo setup fee?
Yes. There is a one-time logo setup fee for every new logo added. Once paid, your logo is saved for life, so you won’t need to pay again for future orders using the same logo.
To set it up, add the “LIFETIME LOGO SETUP FEE” to your basket during checkout.
Good to know: This setup fee is free when you order a workwear bundle.

7. Can I use more than one logo on a garment?
Yes, you can place logos in multiple areas such as the front, back, or sleeves. Additional fees may apply for extra placements.

8. Can I supply my own clothing for embroidery or printing?
No, we don’t work on customer-supplied garments. This is to avoid any issues, as we cannot replace items we didn’t supply if something goes wrong during production.

9. Do you deliver and how much does it cost?
Yes, we offer UK delivery. Delivery is free on orders over £99. For smaller orders, a standard delivery fee will apply.

10. Can I reorder the same items later?
Yes, once your logo is set up, reordering is quick and easy. Just get in touch or order online.

11. Can I set up a team or club shop?
Absolutely. We can create a custom shop for your team, club, school, or group. Your members can order directly, saving you time and admin work. You can also earn a profit on each item sold.
